Stock Products

Orders which contain products that are in stock will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving your payment. You will receive an E-mail as soon as your order has been sent. If any products are out of stock, I will notify you immediately.

Custom Products

Please add about 5-7 working days after your payment is in to allow us to make your custom product. We make these products with care and don't want to rush it. That will effect the quality of your product. You will receive an E-mail as soon as your order has been sent. If there is a delay in making your custom product, I will notify you by E-mail.


Every order shipped out as a parcel will automatically have a tracking code which you can use to follow your order. I will provide you with this code as soon as your order has been sent out.

For orders that fit an envelope, there is an extra option (which costs more) to have it sent as a Registered Letter. This will provide you with a tracking code which you can use to follow your order. 

Time estimates

It is very difficult to give you an estimate of the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you. Delivery can be delayed because of holidays, customs, weather or other circumstances which I cannot influence.

In general, these are the estimated delivery times for domestic and international orders:

Domestic (Netherlands):

Letter: 1 working day

Parcel: 1-3 working days


Letter: 2-6 working days

Parcel: 3-8 working days

Rest of the world:

Letter: 3-15 working days

Parcel: 3-15 working days


  • Products may be returned within a time period of 14 days after receiving the product.
  • Alway contact us by E-mail before returning your products.
  • The products must be unused and in good order.
  • All shipments are subject to the availability of the products. When a product is not in stock or delayed, we will notify you by E-mail.
  • Broken or defected items will be replaced by the same item.
  • Customers who would like to file a complaint can do so by sending us an E-mail.
  • Returned products can only be returned to the company’s adress. Drieoortsput 64, 6417PM, Heerlen, The Netherlands
  • Shipping costs for returning items are at the customers own expense.

Shibattitude is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to weather circumstances, holidays or when the postal services loose track of your shipment.


If your order is placed from a destination outside the EU you may have to pay additional taxes and duties in the country of destination.
Shibattitude is not responsible for these or any other fees charged by customs.
The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.
