Where is Shibattitude based?

Shibattitude operates from Heerlen, The Netherlands.

Why Shibattitude?

Shibattitude sprung to life because of my own love for Japanese breeds in general and the Shiba Inu above all. After adopting a 7 year old Shiba Inu girl in 2012, I’ve developed a severe case of “Shiba Fever”.

SHIPPING

What are the shipping costs?

It all depends on where you live and the delivery method choses. Since Shibattitude is based in the south of The Netherlands, it’s easy, quick and probably cheaper to ship things out to The Netherlands itself, Belgium and Germany or even within the EU. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated for you when you add your adress details in the order form.

How long does it take for my order to get delivered?

For stock-items I strive to get items dispatched on the day you order or as soon as your payment is in, as long as the order or payment has been done before 12:00 CET (Noon CET).

For custom made items it can take upto 7 working days for me to have the item made for you. The item will be made as soon as your payment is in.

Has my order been sent yet? I’m camping by the front door until it’s delivered!

As soon as the parcel is on its way, I will inform you by E-mail. If available, I will provide you with Track&Trace codes so you can track the progress of your order from door to door. Happy camping:)

How long does it take to make a customizable item?

Please allow up to 7 business days to make your customized item as soon as I've received your payment.

Your designs are beautiful, yet I have an idea for my customizable item which is not included in the given options and variations. Can you help me out?

Want the Leash on a Tail in a different combination of colours? Or maybe you want another dog breed on the ID-tag. Please contact me to discuss the options.

What should I do when the package and its contents have been damaged?

If the item you receive is damaged, broken or defected, please send me a mail at info@shibattitude.com with clear photographs of the item and I will look for a satisfactory solution.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

Ordered a decall and got sent a birthday card? Ordered two ID-tags and only received one? Please contact me if you didn’t received the desired products.

My order has not been delivered within the estimated time. Now what?

Please contact me whenever you are concerned about delivery times. Maybe there was a delay because of a holiday. Or maybe your mailman is on strike:) I will go over the order and delivery info with you and will “Sherlock” this until we find out where your order is:)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Turns out red is not my favorite color after all! How do I exchange my order for something more to my liking?

Always contact me before returning the product. You will always have 7 business days to return your item after contacting me and agreeing with a replacement of your item. Please make sure the item is in its original package. The item should not be used or damaged. Discount products can not be returned or exchanged. The product can be interchanged with any other item which has the same value as the original product MINUS shipping costs. It’s also possible to receive a custom voucher to use at any other given time. Refunds are not possible at this time.

Shibattitude has the right to refuse returned products reported or dispatched after the fixed term and products that are not in perfect condition or items that aren’t shipped in the original package.
