These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales agreements with and by Shibattitude and its customers through www.shibattitude.com and its sub domains.
No orders can be placed without agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
Shibattitude cannot guarantee that its contents are free of typing errors or wrong information, allthough we do maintain the website with great care. Also, we cannot guarantee that the website is 100% up to date at all times. Shibattitude has got the right to change information on the website at any time.
The colours on your screen might vary from the true colours of the products due to the settings to your devices screen.

We accept payment through iDEAL, PayPal and Direct bank transfer.
After placing your order, you will get an automatic verification by E-mail.
Shibattitude has the right to cancel orders when the payment isn’t completed within 5 days and no contact has been had about the payment between Shibattitude and the Customer by E-mail.
All handmade products will be made for you as soon as your payment has arrived. Most of the time (due to my job next to the webshop), I make the products you've ordered on a friday.
The estimated shipping times commence at the moment your payment has been verified.
All orders are shipped within 1-3 days after payment. For personalised items this time period is stretched to 2-6 days.
Shibattitude is not responsable for any delays in shipping due to weather circumstances, holidays or when the postal services loose track of your shipment.
Products may be returned within a time period of 7 days after receiving the product.
Alway contact us by E-mail before returning your products.
The products must be unused and in good order.
All shipments are subject to the availability of the products. When a product is not in stock or delayed, we will notify you by E-mail.
Broken or defected items will be replaced by the same item.
Customers who would like to file a complaint can do so by sending us an E-mail.

Shipping costs for returning items are at the customers own expense.
All parcells are sent with a Track and Trace code. This means Shibattitude and the customer can follow the shipment. If the parcel goes missing, Shibattitude will hold the Delivery service responsible
Envelopes can be sent with and without a Track and Trace code. The shipping methode is choosen by the customer in Check out. Only envelopes sent by Track and Trace can be tracked. And only shipments that got lost in the mail while containing a Track and Trace code will be replaced by Shibattitude after contacting the postal services.

Personal information will be saved and treated with care; it will not be passed on to third parties and will only be used for the delivery of your order.
